Unable to access CPQ from CX Sales > Opportunity > Quotes and Orders subtab (Doc ID 2566531.1)

Symptoms

When accessing CPQ from CX Sales > Opportunity > Quotes and Orders subtab the below error is thrown:

Blank page
Console error: Refused to display 'xxx' in a frame because it set 'X-Frame-Options' to 'sameorigin'.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Sign-on to application;
2. Navigate to Sales > Opportunities;
3. Search and edit opportunity;
4. Switch to Quotes and Orders subtab;
5. Click on a quote or the Create Quote button.
