On : 11.13.19.04.0 version, CX Integration

Unable to access CPR from Sales Cloud, Opportunity, Quotes and Orders subtab

ERROR

Blank page
Console error: Refused to display 'xxx' in a frame because it set 'X-Frame-Options' to 'sameorigin'.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Sign-on to application
2. Navigate to Sales > Opportunities
3. Search and edit opportunity
4. Switch to Quotes and Orders subtab
5. Click on a quote or the Create Quote button

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot access CPR from Sales Cloud, Opportunity, Quotes and Orders subtab.
