White Page received when opening the Contract History Page after 19B update from May 2019

When going to Contract History Page in a Contract, a Blank / White Page appears.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open Contracts from Navigator, open a Contract and go to Contract History
2. White / Blank Page is opening and there is no information on it
