Not able to submit Max Bonus element entry: ORA-20001: The entry value must be within the allowed range established by the minimum {MIN} and maximum {MAX} values. ORA-06512: at "FUSION.PAY_ELEMENT_ENTRY_API" (not a Compensation issue) (Doc ID 2566923.1)

Symptoms

 We are getting the issue while giving the Spot Bonus for employees across all the country on Production instance.

There are 3 failed transaction in Production.

To reproduce the same issue on test instance we have giving the Max Bonus amount 1,75,000 for an employee from Manage Element Entry Task through HR Specialist login .

When we click on Submit it gives the below error message:
'The message is ORA-20001: The entry value must be within the allowed range established by the minimum {MIN} and maximum {MAX} values. ORA-06512: at "FUSION.PAY_ELEMENT_ENTRY_API", line 468 ORA-06512: at line 53 .'.

Also we tried to give the same Max Bonus from Manage Individual Compensation task through HR Specialist login. it allow to submit but it stuck into Transaction Console with same error as above.

We have checked the Element setup Max Bonus and below is range is setup for element:

Min Range : 1
Max Range : 5,00,000

Can you please check the issue and provide route cause why it happening ?
