Installation of ICS agent fails with error.

ERROR

 Agent current installer version - 19.2.2.0.0
Get agent definition Response : {"message":"Unable to get an agent definition corresponding to the ID :<Agent Identifier> ","agentInstanceCount":0,"retrieveStatus":"FAILURE","links":[]}
rest call to agent group for existence returned FAILURE
rest call to agent group for existing agents returned FAILURE
Agent Group Either Does Not Exist Or Is Not Connectivity Agent Group
Help for Oracle On-Premise Agent Installation .

1. Install Agent and note it fails with reported error.
