Record Is Not Getting Saved On CX Mobile App (Doc ID 2567570.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.13.19.04.0 version, CX Mobile Application

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Lead is not getting saved on CX mobile App

When customer tried to create a lead, providing all required data and then clicking on Save.
But once clicked on save, nothing happens.

As a part of debugging,
We have added all required fields on create/edit screen but still the issues persists.
We made a copy of default layout and then added all required/custom fields on layout but still the issue persists.



EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Save should work on Create / Edit Lead in mobile

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. CX mobile > Leads > Create Lead > Enter required information > Save > nothing happens

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot create/edit leads in mobile app
