Description:
User creating categories under specific catalog using FBDI

ERROR
-----------------------
Error is not clear as of now.

STEPS
-----------------------
1) Prepared the FBDI template (attached) for loading
2) Generate the zip file
3) ESS job "Load Interface File for Import" and choose "Item Import"
4) select the zip file from step 2
5) Submit
6) The ess job keeps "Retrying" and then "Error"

User is unable to bulk create categories under catalog using fbdi.
