Symptoms

Unable to create opportunity , Account etc while click on create button page shows blank

Error: The process has encountered a SQL or PL/SQL error. (FND-3318)
Error Number is -6502, Reason is ORA-06502: PL/SQL: numeric or value error: character string buffer too small and Routine is FND_DATA_SECURITY.GET_SECURITY_PREDICATE.

Issue happening for two users - 'xxx', and 'yyy' with custom roles.
