On : 11.13.19.04.0 version, Global Human Resources

When attempting to open Manage Payroll Relationships,
the following error occurs.

Access Denied

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Login as HR > On homepage click My Client Groups > Click Manage Payroll Relationship> Search Person from Keywords > Click on the User name> Manage Payroll Relationships page opens and Access Denied message appears
