Symptoms

A single requisition has went though all of the necessary approvals, the application is auto rejecting the requisition with the following error:

Approvals Encountered an Error


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Submit Requisition.
2. Requisition is approved.
3. Requisition is moved to Rejected.
