Symptoms

On : 11.13.19.01.0 version, UK - United Kingdom Legislation

Student Loan Information not accepting in Calculation Card while updating as per New Starter Declaration

Employee has filled in a New Starter Declaration indicating that:
Do you have one of the Student Loan Plans described below which is not fully repaid? - Yes
Did you complete or leave your studies before 6th April? - Yes
Are you repaying your Student Loan directly to the Student Loans Company by direct debit? - Yes

When trying to save the New starter declaration component, the following

ERROR
-----------------------
You can't enter a value for whether you have finished your studies before the last 06 April (HRX-1561997).
When entering a new starter declaration with student loan information, you can't enter a value in the field finished studies before last 06 April unless the value for the field repaying student loan direct is no.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Manage calculation cards> Statutory deductions>PAYE
2. New Starter Declaration
3. Fill in:
Do you have a student loan - Yes
Repaying student loan direct - Yes
Finished studies before last 6 April - Yes
