Number Of Items Differ In Catalog Search Results

Symptoms
When Searching in SSP for "Pen" the customer has 48 items displayed in the Grid View and 49 displayed when in List View.
One of the Items is not displaying in the Grid View.
The Grid view should have all 49 items but for some reason it is not showing all and excluding one.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Search "Pen" in Purchase Requisitions.
2. Toggle to Grid View .
48 Items are Listed.
3. Toggle to List View.
49 Items are Listed.
Due to this issue, users cannot see all of the items when in Grid View.
