Symptoms

On : 11.13.19.04.0 version, Accounts, Contacts, Households

An error occurs while doing account enrichment in the UI and batch. In the UI, the following error occurs:

ERROR

Your request cannot be processed by the Oracle Social Data and Insight Cloud Service. Contact your help desk.
An application error occurred. See the incident log for more information.
An application error has occurred. Your help desk can use the following information to obtain a more detailed description of this incident: 55, Server Domain: FADomain, Server Instance: UIServer_1, Application Name: ORA_CRM_UIAPP.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Sign-on to application
2. Navigate to Sales > Accounts
3. Search and edit an account
4. Select Actions > Enrich Account; the error occurs

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
Due to this issue, users cannot do enrichment successfully.
