Business Events Not Triggered In ERP Adapter (Doc ID 2568787.1)

Some events are not being triggered from SCM. The problem arises when there are multiple workflow statuses falling under same Workflow Status Type.

This is not a configuration issue on the ICS side, as some of the events are being received properly, and there are no event filters configured in the adapter.

Customer is subscribing to the SCM business events below from ICS:

Event: "Change Order Open Event"
Event: "Change Order Interim Approval Event"
Event: "Change Order Approval Event"

When a customer is setting Change order status from "Pending" to "Submit for Spec Review", the event integration is working, but when they move the status from "Submit for Spec Review" to "Submit for Area Expert Review" it is not. Thus, they are not getting triggers while status falls under same status type of Change order.
