Symptoms
When attempting to extend end date of task, the following error occurs.
ERROR

You entered incorrect date for task XXXX.(PJF-2235287)
The planned start date must be earlier than or equal to the planned finish date
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Project Financial Management-->Projects
2. Search for the project
3. Manage Financial Project Plan
4. Extend the date of the Planned Finish Date task in the work breakdown structure
