On OAC 105.3 (both Oracle Managed and Customer Managed) :
In a Data Visualization(DV) Projects, users can add multiple Data Sets and connect data from one Data Set with data from another Data Set.

Blend Data that You Added
However, some Data Sets cannot be connected with another Data Set.
When the user select columns to match and click on OK in the Connect Sources dialog, nothing happens.
This symptoms may be observed when all of the following conditions are true:
- Column name contains multibyte.
- Column is added by Data Flow.
- Data is stored to database by Data Flow.
