Tried to extract FscmTopModelAM.AnalyticsServiceAM.LookupValuesTLPVO from ERP cloud OTBI to DBCS instance in identity domain
Extract job (FND-load) is failing with error index creation failed :

(ORA-01452: cannot CREATE UNIQUE INDEX; duplicate keys found)

Two rows in target DB have the same values for columns used for index, but have different values for column meaning.
The same query from PVO returns only one row with space or tab and the data has trimmed
