Symptoms

When users try to create a requisition in the currency MRU, the following error occurs:

An application error has occurred. Your help desk can use the following information to obtain a more detailed description of this incident: XX, Server Domain: FADomain, Server Instance: UIServer_HA, Application Name: ORA_FSCM_UIAPP.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a Requisition.
2. Set currency to MRU.
3. Try to submit Requisition.
4. Error Occurs.
