Sync Error In Office 365 (Doc ID 2569310.1)

Goal

User gets a sync error at least once for the first time logging in for the day. I have not seen more than one error occur in a day. Attached is a copy of that view with the error. There is a description with it as well "

Also, we are not sure if this is because of the 19B upgrade. The upgrade happened few weeks ago on the test instance.
