Asset Import Using Zip File Does Not Work

Symptoms
On : 11.13.19.01.0 version, Accounts, Contacts, Households
When attempting to import assets,
the following error occurs.
ERROR
-----------------------
Mapping cannot be created because the import file is an invalid format. Verify the file location and name and try again. (MKT-285045)
Valid formats include XML and text.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Manage File Import Activities
2. Create Asset Import
3. Error when selecting .zip file

Due to this issue, users cannot import assets.
