The seeded infolet (Help Desk Infolet) that delivers data on incoming emails for HRHD displayed data for the last 30 days.

1. Is there a way to set up a filter that would show data for the last 2 weeks only for the incoming emails?
2. Does that data get refreshed? It seems like the Received Number just complies the data that came in since the system went live and it will just grow in the future. Is there a way to control the SR creations, SR updates and failed SR filters? The concern is here that if the data just gets stored and doesn't get refreshed and purged, the received number will reach thousands in the next few week.
