Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------

2 KPIs with "actual" mapped to the same field, but different "target" mapping. But one of the KPI always displays 0 for the actual when the other has the right value. Why the same "actual" mappings behave differently?

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Both the KPIs should display same actual values

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Navigate to Transportation Intelligence > Catalog > User View
Create KPI ( In the KPI General Properties screen, enter the “Actual Value” to be: "- Tender Performance Facts"."% Tender Acceptance" )
2. Repeat to create a second KPI ( In the KPI General Properties screen, enter the “Actual Value” to be: "- Tender Performance Facts"."% Tender Acceptance"
enter the “Target Value” to be: 95
3. Add to 2 KPI to Wishlist and My dashboard
Navigate to Transportation Intelligence > My Dashboard
KPI 1 “Tender Performance Target”. Note: the actual has a value, which prove the Actual” is not 0.
KPI 2 “Tender Performance Target2”. Note: the “Actual value” is 0 when the Target is “95”

Why the entered Target of 95 causes the Actual to become 0?
