After being upgraded to 19C, unable to save changes by clicking "Finished" if the object was opened using "Replace Current Window" a
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

If the object is opened using "Replace Current Window" from my services portal, The screen should not hang.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into a 19C environment
2.Open an object using "Replace Current Window"
3.Click "Finished"
4. Screen hangs
