Visualizer Requires SSO Credentials After SSO SAML Authentication Was Done Against Cloud Landing Page

Visualizer is requesting SSO credentials after SSO SAML login was done through P6 Pro client and Oracle Portal landing page.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open Oracle Cloud landing page for Stage: https://customer-p6.oracleindustry.com
2. Insert SSO SAML credentials and login to landing page.
3. Launch P6 Pro ClickOnce client and authenticate against Cloud DB using same SSO SAML credentials
4. Opening Visualizer from inside P6 Pro ClickOnce requires again SSO SAML credentials to be inserted.
The issue has the following business impact:
Users have to authenticate 2 times against Cloud which invalidates the purpose of SSO.
