ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Territory filtering on Catalog used for Service Request

In Service Request a partner user can see all the product catalog when he is creating a service request.
Customer configured to use the territory coverage and set the task "Manage product group usage" to enforce territory on BASE and Service

On opportunity object, the user can see only the products that were assigned to his territory but this is not happening on the service request object.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
User should ONLY see the products that were assigned to his territory from the catalog when he is creating a service request.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Service Request Creation page
2. Select the catalog
3. User can see all the catalog, irrespective of the territory assignment
