Symptoms

On : 11.13.19.04.0 version, Plans

When drilling to the Demand Fulfillment Page, User receives the following error

ERROR

ORA-20000: MSC_SPUI_COMMON.demandFulfillmentDataTransform-Failed due to the following error: ORA-06553: PLS-306: wrong number or types of arguments in call to ALTERNATE_RTG ORA-06512: at "FUSION.MSC_SPUI_COMMON"


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Supply Planning
2. Open a Supply Plan
3. Open Supplies and demands table
4. Drill to Demand Fulfillment
5. Search
6. Error received
