On : 11.13.19.04.0 version, Procurement Contracts Generic Issues

Adding a clause to terms template sometimes does not work

An inconsistent issue that when we enter a terms template and want to add a new clause to the template. The clause is not added to the template.
This is a big issue as it doesn't allow to create new clauses from terms template and add this to the template.


ERROR
Clause not added to template


Steps to reproduce:
1. open terms template in terms library (Draft status)
2. select Actions -> add Clause
3. Create Clause and insert the variable in clause
4. Click Done
5. terms template does not have the clause that was just created and added.

BUSINESS IMPACT

Due to this issue, users cannot add a clause to terms template
