Transaction Console Shows Status As Stuck After 19A (Doc ID 2570221.1)

Symptoms

Global absence recording transactions to appear in the "Stuck" status. However, when users open the transaction detail the status changes to "In Progress" and then the transaction is no longer seen with filtering for "Stuck".  The  issue started after upgrade to 19.01  with HcmGblAbsencesRecordingApprovalComposite . Every day the number of transactions grows . The refresh has no impact on changing the status from Stuck to In Progress.

If today there are 100 stuck and users click on each "stuck" transaction,  the status changes to "In Progress". At the end there are no more "stuck". However, the next day there are a new set of "stuck" transactions. 


Administrators expect to view the leave Transactions in the 'In Progress' Window, rather than in the Stuck status.
