Ledger Entry Present In GL_LEDGERS But Not Visible In Setup And Maintenance UI (Doc ID 2570395.1)

On : version, Set Up FCR-Define Ledgers

Ledger entry present in GL_LEDGERS but not visible in Setup and Maintenance UI

Expectation is to see the ledger in Fusion UI so that the configuration of ledger can be completed. But we are not able to view the ledger in UI.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Click on Create New under Export to CSV File for Manage Primary Ledgers task in Procurement
functional area of Setup and Maintenance in TEST instance
2. Select the scope and Export the CSV file
3. Upload the file in PROD instance and check the ledger in the UI
