On : 11.13.19.04.0 version, Manage Orders

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------------
Sales Order Status not changed to Awaiting Billing after creating ASN for Drop Ship PO with more than requested quantity.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Sales Order should change to Awaiting Billing.

STEPS
-------
1. Create Sales Order for Item A with Quantity 1.
2. Drop Ship PR and PO generated with Quantity 1.
3. Create ASN for Quantity 2 for the drop-ship PO.
4. Sales Order status not changed to Awaiting Billing still in Awaiting Shipping.
