A trigger to fetch user territory details is not returning data for non admin users.

def vco = voo.createViewCriteria();
def vcro = vco.createRow()

def vcio = vcro.ensureCriteriaItem('TerritoryVersionId')
vcio.setOperator('=')
vcio.setValue(terrVersionId) //filter based on the TerritoryVersionId
vco.insertRow(vcro)

voo.appendViewCriteria(vco)
voo.executeQuery();
