Saved Search / Advanced Search Is Giving An Error

Symptoms
On : 11.13.19.04.0 version, Leads, Sales Campaigns
Customer reported that he got an error when viewing a saved search or pressing on the advanced search button both on the lead object.
I am able to reproduce the issue on the users account that is reporting the issue on the test environment when viewing the saved search 'Focus Sales Group' and then pressing on the advanced search button. I am not able to reproduce the error on my account, but I do not have the saved searches that the end-user has.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Go to Leads
2.view a saved search or press on the advanced search button
3.Getting error
