On : 11.13.19.04.0 version, Accounts, Contacts, Households

An error occurs on Account import to update the Account Email

ERROR

HZ_WRONG_PARTY_TYPE

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Sign-on to application
2. Navigate to Setup and Maintenance > Manage File Import Activities
3. Click Actions > Create (or the Create icon)
4. Object = Account with the following mapping:
  OrganizationProfile PartyId
  OrganizationProfileExtn Email_c
  OrganizationProfileExtn ActionCode
