Information in this document applies to any platform.
The File Folder structure disappears and reappears in the file tab from the Submittal App.
If the user selects Assign or Submit prior to accessing the lower panel to upload a file and attempts to load a file, the Files folders are not available as they are if you attempt to add a file from the lower panel Files tab.
Unable to Load Data
An unknown error has occurred.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into Prime and open Submittals.
2. Select a Submittal, go to Files tab, click Add (folders appear in dialog).
3. Close add file dialog.
4. Navigate to another tab and back.
5. Click Add File.
6. Error appears.
