Unable To Edit Address Dimension In Territory Management UI

We are seeing an issue where we are unable to edit the postal codes of our Address dimension for a given node while in the Territory Manager UI.
We would expect to see a button to add a postal code coverage in the UI.
Currently it looks as if we would have to export then re-import the entire postal code coverage for a node to update it.
