Mobile Commission App Does Not Log In Using SSO Login (Doc ID 2570955.1)

Goal

Users are unable to login to the Mobile Commission app using Single Sign On ( SSO ) on Apple iOS.
Users enable SSO on the Apple > Settings > Sales Cloud > enable "Single Sign on" but get login errors.
