Symptoms

On : 11.13.19.01.0 version, Data Load

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Username and password update failed for Future dated employee

1.Get the Employee details using person number and effective date :

Example URL: Operation Get.

https://<pod_URL>/hcmRestApi/resources/11.13.18.05/emps?q=PersonNumber=12345& &effectiveDate=2019-01-01

2. Update the Employee Username, email, workphone using above self ref url returned by aboveAPI (1):

3.Get the meta location using below API

4. Use the meta location received from the above API Response and update the password:
