Goal

On : 11.13.19.04.0 version, Billing - Transactions

Unable to know if there is a note attached to a transaction

Steps to reproduce the problem:
  1. Go to Manage transactions
  2. Search a transaction with a note attached

If there is a note attached to a transaction, we can’t know it, it is not visible. We have to click on notes to know if there is a note attached or not. If there is an important message attached to a transaction, there is a high probability that the users consulting the transaction do not see it.

Impact for customer: The impact can be important, if there is an important message attached and that nobody see it. We should have a sign that a note is attached, or for example a part of the message
