Error "Failed to Fetch Data" under Chaincode tab of OBP Console (Doc ID 2571098.1)

Getting message as "Failed to Fetch Data" under "Installed on Peers" column of Chaincode tab.
When upgraded the chaincode, it pops message as successful instantiation of chaincode version "x" has happened.

However, in the UI console of the Buyer instance under the "Installed on Peers" column of Chaincode tab, it shows the following message ::

And proposal not pass with proxy.

Why message "Failed to Fetch Data" appears and above errors for JAVA SDK client?
