Symptoms
Verification email from Identity Cloud Service (IDCS) isn't received for the changed email address to <UPPER_LOWER_CASE_EMAILADDRESS>
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Login to IDCS admin console
- Navigate as below
- Settings > Notifications
- Change the value of Attribute : From Email Address to <UPPER_LOWER_CASE_EMAILADDRESS>
