Symptoms

Problem Description:

Hiring Managers and/or Recruiters are not receiving Alerts for candidate screening/selection.

Example:

  • Hiring Manager moves a candidate to the phase Manager Review and state To be reviewed
  • Pop-up is received stating "The candidates were moved to the selected phase and state"
  • Validate the pending notifications (top right bell icon) and notice no notification was received
