On : NA version, Accounts, Contacts, Households

How To Find Out The Reasons Why An Account Has Wrong Country Associated To, As Displayed In UI After Filtering On Country from Accounts Landing Page.

In Accounts UI, if searching for all NL Accounts (Accounts in Country Netherlands), result is Reg ID 'W' which is an Austrian Account.
How to find out the reason behind this?

Below query was used:

select *
from
HZ_PARTIES
where
PARTY_NUMBER = 'W'

Why does it come up in Account UI when searching for All Records I can see, and Country Netherlands? It also comes up in country Austria.
