After integration Okta with oracle management Cloud can't login on Mobile OMC application
Followed steps as per
Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Okta Configuration for Federation and Provisioning

When use this in laptop ,we can see normal login option and Sign in with OKTA
But when we access in mobile device ,Sign in with OKTA option is not coming
