Symptoms
When using the Passport Transitions service provided by Equifax for I9, when the candidate clicks link in Onboarding Task to complete Part 1 of t he I9 there is an error
The error description in Candidate Onboarding record states Equifax returned an error. “Login credentials are invalid”
