Get 500 - Internal Server Error When Try to Edit A Column After Loading Data Set On Preparation Page In DV

Symptoms
On preparation page, after loading data set, when added one column with count function and edit to rename it, then pop out error dialogue box, but there is not detail reason on it.
After clicking confirm on the error dialogue box, then clicking save, the following error pops out, and this error continuously keep coming on the frame for each page.
And all loaded datasets and diagrams disappears.
