ADF FACES Error At Save And Close When Navigating To Lead From Link

Broken link for leads - error when saving or cancelling
Every time when opening a leads from a link the below behavior is seen:
1. Summary sub tab appears empty, so users need to go to another sub tab, for example, 'Qualification', then go back to 'Summary' so it will appear.
2. Once clicking 'Save and Close' or 'Cancel', an ADF-FACES Error is thrown

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Go to lead from link
- Summary page is empty
- Click on another subtab
- Go back to summary and see correct page
- Click Save and close / Cancel --> receive the error message
