Goal

Since there's no user documentation and, from the Social Cloud side, we don't have access to the code, we would like to know how the matching rules work. In our test, actually, it seems that there is no matching rule. The integration always associates the Incidents created to the same generic Contact created on the first integration.

Could you explain to us in detail how the integration works from the Social Cloud side so we can decide how to customize from the OSvC side?
