Notes Do Not Carry Over To Account After Lead Conversion (Doc ID 2572192.1)

Goal

When a Lead is converted, the Notes from the Lead need to move to the Notes of the associated Account. Currently, when a Lead is converted (regardless if an Account is created or associated beforehand), the notes do not carry over.
