ISSUE STATEMENT

Unable to Publish the Changes in OCC which is throwing Error.

ERRORS

UI has the following error,

Publishing Error

Publishing has encountered a serious error. Please contact Oracle Customer Support.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to occs-admin
2. Navigate to Publishing
3. Publish the changes
4. Error thrown.
