Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Not able to see retro notification triggered for employee after Quick pay run.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Should be able to see event notification for employee in manage retro notifications.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Logged in as Payroll manager
2. Processed quick pay for employee
3. Added unpaid leave for the employee
4. Verified element entry
5. Not able to see retro notification triggered for employee
